Service
S.Shakir Constructions renovates bathrooms in Karachi homes and buildings. We visit, design the bathroom in 3D and give you a written, itemised estimate before any tile is ordered. One team then handles the plumbing, electrics, wall and floor tiling, fittings, vanity and false ceiling through to handover.

You receive a written, itemised digital estimate. Each line of work is listed and priced, and most jobs are agreed as a lump sum.
Materials are chosen against the final design and bought before work begins. Work starts on a 60% mobilisation advance; the other 40% is paid as the work progresses.
Our supervisor sees the job through to the finish, and we hand the completed space back to you.
