S.Shakir Constructions is a renovation, interior and turnkey firm at Al Burhan Circle, North Nazimabad, Karachi. It is run by its founder, Shabbir Shakir, and it takes homes and shops from a 3D design to a finished space with one team.

How we are set up
A small team, on purpose.
We run about three projects at a time, from PKR 1 million to PKR 30 million, so every site gets the owner's attention.
Most of our work comes to us by referral from people we have worked for.

Shabbir Shakir
Shabbir visits every site himself before he prices it. He measures up, listens to what you want, and sends you a written, itemised digital estimate.
His team designs each job in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape, so you see a 3D visual of your space before work starts, and materials are chosen and bought only after you approve the final design.

What we do
Mostly homes. Some shops and offices.
- Kitchen Renovation New layout, cabinets, worktops, plumbing and electrics, seen in 3D before work starts.
- Bathroom Renovation Plumbing, tiling, fittings and vanity, planned in 3D and priced line by line.
- Interior Design Layouts, woodwork, finishes and lighting, designed in SketchUp and Enscape.
- Turnkey Construction One contract from design to handover. You receive a finished, ready-to-use space.
- Grey Structure to Finishing From the bare concrete shell to a fully furnished house, handled by one team.
- Finishing Works Plumbing, woodwork, paint, electrical, false ceilings, windows and flooring.
How we work
The same five steps on every job

Step 1: Site visit
The owner visits your site himself, takes measurements and listens to what you want.

Step 2: 3D design
We draw the plan in AutoCAD, model it in SketchUp and render it in Enscape. You see the space in 3D and ask for changes before anything is fixed.

Step 3: Itemised estimate
You receive a written, itemised digital estimate. Each line of work is listed and priced, and most jobs are agreed as a lump sum.

Step 4: Materials, then build
Materials are chosen against the final design and bought before work begins. Work starts on a 60% mobilisation advance; the other 40% is paid as the work progresses.

Step 5: Handover
Our supervisor sees the job through to the finish, and we hand the completed space back to you.
